Lindsay is an exceptional nurse and co-worker. Whether she is providing excellent patient care or consistently being a team player, she excels. She is always trying to learn and expand her knowledge to be the best nurse for herself, her patients, and our facility. She shows qualities of leadership and willingness while encouraging the rest of the staff each shift. With less than 2 years of nursing experience, she has taken on the role of charge nurse and holds herself to the highest standards of practice.
