Lindsey played a pivotal role in competency development. Not only did she ensure the content is evidence-based and aligned with current best practices, but also creates a safe, encouraging learning environment for her peers. Her clear communication and clinical expertise have helped build staff confidence and competence, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Lindsey always leads with honesty, compassion, and professionalism. Her calm, respectful demeanor makes her a trusted resource for both staff members and educators alike. In staff rounding, Lindsey goes beyond routine check-ins: she listens actively, identifies barriers, and follows through with actionable solutions. Her commitment to accountability is evident in her proactive approach; she takes ownership of challenges and works collaboratively to implement sustainable improvements.

Not only does Lindsey help her staff, she has actively helped me on a regular basis. Recently, I went through an extremely stressful situation in my personal life. Lindsey stepped up to help me cover my workload, as well as be a shoulder to cry on. She jumped in without hesitation and without asking. I am proud to work with her, as well as call her a friend.
