"I am trying to focus on - we were able to give him more time. Maybe not at home in comfortable surroundings. ,But when I got to the floor to turn off his impella today, we were waiting for his daughter to return from the cafeteria. When I arrived, he was peacefully sleeping. And he woke up and looked at the clock and said to his wife - 'What are we doing? It's 3 o'clock.' He was ready."
