Lindsey Cooper went above and beyond her duties. My daughter drove up from Corpus Christi with our new granddaughter that we were supposed to meet for the first time on Easter, but my wife had the stroke on the Thursday before. Since our granddaughter was too young to come into the ICU, Lindsey arranged a way for my wife to go to the waiting room and see her granddaughter for the first time. That was the happiest I've seen my wife since the stroke and that has really lifted her spirits. That was one of the kind acts of humanity that I have seen in a long time. My wife and I have high expectations of service and care and Lindsey exceeding everything that we ever could have expected.
