My husband was in the ER. He was roomed in the ER while waiting for a bed on the floor. Lindsey switched out his bed and put him in a hospital bed instead of a stretcher. She also got me a recliner to replace the chair that was in the room. She did that only so we could be more comfortable. While we were both terrified, this brief moment of kindness, while not knowing what we were facing, was the relief we needed at that moment. Her bubbly attitude immediately put my mind at ease. Her compassion for her patients is what stood out for me. She made us feel like we were her only patients, and we could tell she did, in fact, actually care. I am so gracious for the kindness she showed us in our moment of need.
