On a hot, very busy afternoon coming out of surgery, my elderly mother and I were lost in the parking lot looking for our car to depart for home. We both were tired, hungry, and confused having spent at least 20 minutes in the terrible sun. We were defeated. Lindsey Elliott would not be defeated nor discouraged. The teamwork and professionalism that was displayed - Wow! The ability to think under such conditions was amazing. The nurses volunteered to take my mom to a safe location making sure that she didn’t get lost and they made sure that I was safe and out of harm's way since I was in a wheelchair. The entire staff, you’re all 5 stars! You’re very much appreciated! The team at Soin Medical Center is the best hospital in Ohio.
