Lindsey had an elderly patient who was in the SICU unit for a long time and she would take the assignment whenever possible to ensure his elderly wife (who had to be home before dark) would get multiple reports during the night when she called to check on him. Lindsey was always so compassionate and understanding no matter how many times his wife called and would take 15-20 minutes per call. She would make sure the patient was shaved and looking "perfect" for his wife every morning when she got back to visit.
