Lindsey Howey, BSN, RN
I presented for a hip replacement and had the good fortune to be cared for by Lindsey Howey from the moment I came in until my discharge that evening. She consistently showed incredible compassion, patience, and excellent care. After my hip replacement the physical therapist had gone off duty and Lindsey went above and beyond and did the work of the PT to help with my exercises and walking. She truly made my stay one of the most positive experiences I have ever had in a hospital and I am so grateful for the care that she showed. She absolutely deserves recognition.

I spent several hours, still heavily drugged in Same Day Services after my early morning surgery. Lindsey was attentive to details and quickly noticed a hematoma that first seemed like fatty tissue. She was quick to laugh and smile. Her conversation was fun and engaging, always informative. Though the hematoma was hard to spot at first, she kept close tabs. She ended her shift 30 mins after her scheduled time, to ensure my family and I had everything we needed.
