Lindsey Owens 2025, RN

I brought my dad into the ED recently. He has been in and out of Ascension several times in the last 6 months. Always given very good care. However, on this day, Lindsey could see he needed quick intervention with a temp of 103.6. She started IVs (2) already anticipating blood work and obtained that through the IV versus an additional blood stick. As everywhere there are staffing challenges, and Lyndsey stayed on top of my dad's condition as his BP declined, she informed the physician. I realize there are other patients to be seen and dealt with; however, Lindsey always came in with a smile and explanation, listened to my concerns, and never dismissed my worries. Thank you!
