Being an escort for my friend was a little challenging. We are both in our 70s. We experienced Lindsey RN during an infusion therapy for my friends chemotherapy. That particular day, we also had some mishaps involving lost items for her O2 portable machine. We had lost a very important part of it (probably on the bus or forgetting it on one of the wheelchairs downstairs). It was mentioned to Lindsey. She immediately acted with assistance and called all the places he could think of to help us locate the lost items. But that’s just one of the things she did for us. I will just list how we felt in her care that day. We felt genuine compassion, concern, kindness, security, relief, and blessed. This employee of yours is a shining light and I just want her to be recognized for outstanding customer service.
