I work at Integris Edmond on IMC and I'm currently in nursing school. Lindsey was my clinical instructor for OB clinicals. I was beyond nervous for these clinicals because I've never been around babies. Lindsey was AMAZING! I told Lindsey that my thoughts going into OB clinical rotations were that these nurses cuddle babies all day and everything is rainbows and butterflies, and now, I'm truly embarrassed that I ever thought this. Lindsey gave me one of my best clinical experiences to date, and she has inspired me tremendously! Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is also kind and funny! I had five clinicals with her, and in that short time, I saw her heart. She taught me so much during my time with her, and she changed my entire opinion of the OB world. These nurses are hardcore! They do love on and cuddle the babies, but my goodness, they do so much more!

Not only is Lindsey great with students, but the nurses on her unit also love her. She is a strong leader, and her compassion for others shines in every conversation you have with her. Her down-to-earth personality made the students so comfortable, and every time we turned around, she was there checking on us, making us laugh, giving us guidance, and just being present.

She's the one you want teaching your future nurses, she's the one you want on your team, and she's the one you want to cuddle your baby. All the nurses during this clinical rotation were phenomenal. Everyone was so fun, but at the same time, they taught us SO much. I'll never forget my time on the postpartum unit. Lindsey deserves recognition for the nurse and person that she is. My entire clinical group feels the exact same way about her. Lindsey, if you're reading this, I'm forever grateful to you.
