Lindsey Shepherd goes above and beyond for her patients and to help her co-workers. She doesn't need to ask what needs to be done, she just goes and does it. Even in the most stressful times she always has a smile on her face. She is willing to work any shift and do any role whether that is as a floor nurse, house supervisor, or helping her PCTs out. Overall, she is amazing and makes everyone's job fun, interesting and less stressful. She truly is a nurse sent from heaven to serve the people in our community.
