The day that I went into labor, I had to have an emergency C-section. I was terrified. My partner was asked to leave the room because I had to be sedated and intubated. Even though Lindsey was not my nurse, she was at my side and even held my hand to comfort me. It really meant a lot to me to have someone care enough to comfort me in one of the scariest situations in my life, when my partner could not be there. I am forever grateful.
