My husband was in the ICU. I could see his spirits rise when Lindsey would enter the room. She has a brightly shining aura. Lindsey was always professional, positive, and personable. She had no problems at all explaining anything and everything she did and why she did it. Lindsey kept us informed and made sure we understood.
