Lindsey was great in my pain management guiding me from IV and click management to oral management. She took the time to listen to my concerns putting in the extra time to help me with my two transfusions making sure the trauma team took the time to see me and meet my concerns and again showing me the special menu for ordering food that I would eat. She was a great motivator to put in the positive focus to heal and get out of the pity mode.

When I arrived on the floor I was in rough shape. I had wounds on my left arm that went all the way through, severing arteries and damaging nerves. This happened during an incident with my father so my spirits were low. After emergency surgery, Lindsey was one of my nurses. She came in with a huge smile on her face and a great attitude. Not only was she super nice, she was very professional. My wounds had to be redressed and she took them off with great care and reapplied them perfectly and gently. She was there when I needed her. She was quick to help alleviate my pain and made me feel safe and well cared for. All your staff were great, but Lindsey stood out to me most because she took care of ME and not just my wounds.

I'm from Houston Texas. I know no one here. Lindsey has made me feel like someone really cares about me as a person and a patient. I too am a nurse. She has a great bedside manner. She made me feel less along in a strange place. She was always on time with my needs, taking a few extra minutes to give a friendly smile. She is very professional. She is a prime example of the good caring and compassionate qualities which makes an excellent nurse.

Lindsey always treats all of her patients like family. She always has a smile and is very upbeat. Even with the most difficult patients. She is understanding and very patient. I also notice her helping everyone that asks. Anytime I have a question or concern, she takes time out and addresses them. She always says "HI" to everyone and smiles. Thank you Lindsey for doing a great job and always going above and beyond the call of duty. You are great!
