January 2024 Honoree
Lindsie Theis, LPN
Lindsie always puts the patient first, even if it interrupts her lunch or her time to go home. She worked with me over her lunch contacting outside providers to ensure a patient had a corrected medication list. We found the patient was taking several medications inappropriately which could have led to hospitalization or death. In a specialty practice, our medications can be cost-prohibitive. She works to find ways to make these medications more affordable. She doesn’t hesitate to go up to the floor to help with difficult catheters. She will work in any clinic with a smile on her face. She never complains. The job she does is always done right the first time.
Thank you, Lindsie, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
