Our family was so appreciative of Lindsy's patience and compassion in dealing with our mother-in-law and grandmother in a stressful situation. The patient was belligerent and fairly uncooperative at times and Lindsy kept her "cool" and maintained a caring attitude with all of us. She listened to everyone's concerns and addressed them all. She made a long distance call on her own phone to get input from the patient's son, which we appreciated as a family.
Lindsy went above and beyond! We understand Lindsy even worked beyond her scheduled shift to help us.
