I first met Linette Jahn in September of 2019 when I had my initial appointment about my shoulder that had been broken over a year prior and had become very painful. What followed has been the toughest experience in my life - 6 surgeries in 8 months - and I don't know how I would have made it through without Linette's extraordinary concern, commitment, and care. Linette is very knowledgeable about everything in orthopedics and highly professional in her quality of care. Her ability to communicate is amazing. Despite the many demands on her time, she always responds quickly to questions, finds exactly the help I need, and follows up to make sure everything is working out. Linette is honest about what is happening, which is so important, and even though it might be difficult news, she communicates with such compassion that it eases the blow. I don't know if I should say this, but she is so dedicated to giving extraordinary care that she gave me her cell phone number so I could contact her at any time. That is true commitment. Perhaps most important of all is Linette's positive and compassionate nature. She always has a smile, a joke, or a kind word, and leaves me feeling that I have truly been cared for. She is an Extraordinary Nurse and person.
