Words can't express the gratitude I have for Linnea who cared for not only my son, the patient, but for me, the worried mother, as well. My son came in with a GI bleed and I, of course, was worried out of my mind. I am a nurse here at the hospital, but seemingly couldn't focus and process info as it was given to me. Linnea recognized that and provided more information than I expected. She was kind, caring, and very compassionate. My son felt so comfortable with her and even mentioned how nice she was - even having to start an IV on him! I left the floor to get breakfast and Linnea took time to text me and say "Endo is here to take your son". He is 19 and could sign for himself, but she knew I needed to be there with him. Linnea went above and beyond to make "our" experience a good one, given the circumstances. Thank you Linnea!
