I would like to nominate Linsha for the exceptional care she provided to my newborn during his stay in the NICU for jaundice and low birth weight. From the very beginning, her gentle presence, clinical expertise, and sincere compassion made a world of difference to me and my husband during a deeply emotional and stressful time. She cared for my baby with such tenderness and patience, treating him as if he were her own. Linsha not only monitored his health but also took time to comfort and support us as parents, answering all our questions with warmth and empathy. We are forever grateful for the care she gave our son and the peace of mind she gave us.
