LiPing is a nurse who truly lives our Commitment to Care. She shows up to work with a positive attitude and tackles her shift with grace. (No matter what challenges she is faced with.) LiPing cares deeply about her team and helps out in any way she can. She checks on others throughout her shift and offers to help with their tasks. LiPing is flexible and is quick to swap a shift with her peers if they need it. She keeps a close eye on the schedule and offers to pick up extra shifts when she sees there are holes. LiPing never leaves her team without support! She not only cares deeply and gives so much to her unit, but also understands the needs across our system. LiPing recently volunteered to float to MHC PCU to help with a staffing shortage. She is dedicated to taking care of our community and supporting SIH Nursing. LiPing is an excellent role model!
