Lis is the queen of multitasking! In one shift she is the charge nurse, the monitor tech, the unit secretary, the lunch relief person to the RRT and Code Blue Team responder. She has filled the void of the ICU Director transition and completes many tasks directly related to the day to day functions of the ICU. Her contributions this year include: Co-leader of the Code Blue Committee; took leading role in ICU reconstruction and monitor upgrade; Ceridian coding and participating in the interview panel for the new ICU Director.
