My 52-year-old brother went to the Emergency Room for shortness of breath, chest pains, and mental health issues. Lisa went above and beyond and explained every step of what she was doing to help my brother. She helped lower his anxiety about everything that was happening around him. She stuck by his side through the whole 10 hours that we were in the Emergency Room.

She was constantly asking him if he was okay. She relayed test results and read them to him in a way he understood what they meant. My family and I appreciated it. Lisa is the epitome of what a nurse should be. She made a very scary mental health issue and a 10-hour-long Emergency Room visit better. We ended up being there until 2:00 a.m. She helped make the visit pleasant and easy for my brother and me.
