Lisa Arvanites, BSN, RN, PCCN

I was admitted to the hospital due to pancreatitis. This was my very first time ever being admitted to a hospital, and I am 38 years old. With that being said, I was very anxious and scared. Lisa was my day nurse on my second day here. Shortly after her shift started, she came right into my room to check on me and see if I needed anything. None of the other nurses did this as Lisa did. She made me feel so comfortable, and her hospitality and bedside manners were very moving and memorable. Lisa made me feel as if I was her daughter. She truly made a difference in my stay, and she is great!
