Lisa was extremely helpful. I know she was very busy, but she didn’t act like we were a bother to her. She gave excellent care & always kept us informed. She was so pleasant & made us feel at ease. We had a long wait in the ED but she let us know the status periodically of the move to a regular room. She is a great nurse, very efficient also in her tasks.
