My husband was suddenly transferred from our local hospital and admitted to MICU with medical complications and a possible imminent death prognosis. He was confused and I was making decisions without the benefit of family support.
Lisa gave my husband care that was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She then turned around and included me in explanations of procedures and allowed me opportunities to give what comfort I could to my husband.
His prognosis will never get better, but I will always remember the intervention of Lisa and how she will positively affect the remembrance of a very difficult time for me.
