Lisa Bell, Clinical Supervisor, is an amazing, kind, caring employee who goes out of her way to help patients and their families.
Lisa is available it seems like 24/7, she has gone above and way beyond to help me get my mother situated at a Nursing Home for rehab after being in the hospital for a week. She again, called me today to reassure me that everything was in place for when my mom is having a procedure at Nazareth.
I honestly thank God, I had met her during a very hard time for my mom, and for myself. Lisa made things so much easier to handle while my optimism decreased, she assured me things would go smoothly and they did. I look forward to again dealing with Nazareth and with Lisa.
