Our hospital system embarked upon a historical moment in the administration of COVID vaccines for our staff and patients. Lisa was asked to develop an operational plan and oversee the operations of vaccine clinic at UCLA, Santa Monica. Lisa developed workflows and brought together a multi-disciplinary team to ensure an efficient and safe vaccine clinic. Through Lisa’s leadership, the vaccine clinic team was able to quickly adapt to the constantly changing local, state, and federal guidelines. Lisa’s commitment and compassion contributed to the success of the vaccine clinic which resulted in the administration of 1000’s of vaccines to staff and patients.
