Hospital visits are not fun. Emergency visits to the hospital are scary. When I arrived, I was handled with respect and kindness from the lady with whom we registered to the nurses and the doctor. When I was admitted to the floor, one nurse stood out among the rest-Lisa. She was confident, knowledgeable, friendly, and proficient at her job. She was attentive to my needs even though she had a floor full of patients. She checked on me often after my heart cath and it put me at ease. She was faithful in everything and had good counsel and was friendly. At one point, I had to refuse medication because of a past experience and she responded respectfully. I'm very thankful for nurses like Lisa!
