Lisa was by far the most delightful, organized, and compassionate nurses that I have ever met. My Grandmother was hospitalized on a recent trip to Florida. We flew in abruptly. Gram is not an easy patient, (retired RN and stubborn!), and she was very upset about being admitted. Lisa was positive and happy, and even managed to keep Gram smiling. She performed her duties and patient care with skill and compassion. She was very busy, but never seemed rushed or abrupt, and took the time to make Gram feel not only physically comfortable, but also mentally. She never allowed her to feel like a burden, and was in tune to her needs and pain level,even when Gram wouldn't admit it!

I am extremely pleased with the care that Gram has received while here, but Lisa stands out as one of the best nurses that I have ever met. She deserves recognition for her willingness to go above and beyond and truly impacted our experience with the Naples Community Hospital System.
