Lisa Buckley exemplifies all criteria for The DAISY Award. An example of her outstanding service was during my first chemotherapy appointment. She thoroughly explained the procedure and steps. None the less, my heart sank and I started to shake and cry when she approached me with the red A/C needle. She was gentle and kind, encouraging and soothing to me. She waited for me to calm down before administering treatment. I appreciated that she did not rush me. Lisa was so patient with me.
