Lisa Caughman was our nurse the first night of our stay at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital. Our son was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes. We were overwhelmed, scared, and extremely tired. Lisa showed so much love and compassion to our little boy. She made sure we had everything we needed always. She also knew that our boy loved Legos. She went out to Walmart after getting off night shift and came back with a brand-new Lego set just for him. You can tell that Lisa is fulfilling her calling and her compassion for her patients is shown well. Thank you, Lisa, for loving us well through this scary time.
