Lisa was very nice to my husband. He had never had surgery before and she took extra time explaining to him how the procedure was going to go. She stated that she had been an RN for years and it was nice to see that she was still a kind and compassionate RN. Each nurse went out of her way to provide compassionate attention and care during her phase of the surgical procedure from obtaining intake data, vitals, IV access, immediate post-op pain control, snacks, ice packs, adjustment of TED hose, removal of IV, out-processing, explanation of post-operative and discharge planning. All performed professionally, effectively and with friendly compassion which made the entire experience pleasant.
