Lisa has been a nurse at SNHMC in OBGYN for over 25 years. She is a clinical leader at Women’s Care. Lisa is not only a strong leader but also a strong advocate for the clinical staff. Always keeping us up to date with clinical changes and education. She is a strong leader and is deserving of this award.

Lisa has worked for Southern New Hampshire Health for many years. She started at the Birth Place and is now our clinical manager. She is a great role model and is very knowledgeable in our specialty, and brings a lot of experience as well.

As a clinical nurse leader and nurse for this organization for 25 years, Lisa has demonstrated loyalty and service to the nursing profession and a passion and dedication for our specialty. Lisa has been a role model to me both on a professional and personal level. Her presence and effectiveness as a natural leader have shaped our practice as one that is focused on teamwork and providing excellent patient care. In my three years as a Registered Nurse at Women’s Care, Lisa has been an excellent preceptor, nurse manager, and peer.

Lisa has been a mentor for me as a newer nurse starting in the field of OBGYN at Womens' Care in January 2020. She has always been dedicated to her clinical staff. I feel appreciated and well-supported working as a nurse here at Women's Care under the leadership of Lisa. She has helped me to navigate situations with best practice and provide excellent patient care.
