Lisa was my on-call nurse last night in Labor and Delivery. She took over for my original nurse who was busy with a fellow patient. She took great care of me and was very reassuring throughout all of the troubles we were having. She took extra time to talk with me and my husband and put everything that was happening in my body and with our baby into words and phrases that we could understand and follow. She was very encouraging when I had my moments of doubt. When I was scared, she saw the look in my eyes and took action. She was top notch in my book and in my husband's words: 'She's flipping awesome!'"
