Lisa Dorcey, MSN, RN, CAHP

Lisa goes above and beyond as a director for our unit. I always feel supported by her in difficult situations, both at work and personally. She is often here early in the morning and very late at night, working extra to resolve issues. She keeps us very informed and updated on any and all events or safety issues happening. A true leader really makes a difference in how it feels to come to work every day, and Lisa has made a huge difference in the reason I love bedside nursing again. The dedication and care she has for our unit do not go unnoticed. She is a strong advocate for our unit. I know we can trust her, and she’s always available for us 24/7. She is fair and works hard to maintain a positive culture here. She really deserves this award and many more!
