My husband and I arrived at the hospital to be induced. I had so many questions and although I tried to stay calm, I was of course nervous. As soon as we walked in Lisa introduced herself. She was gentle and kind from the moment we arrived. Lisa never let me worry for too long, and no matter how many times I asked the same questions she was so patient with me. She was constantly reassuring and honest. Even when the answers to my questions were not what I wanted to hear she was gentle and again, reassuring.

The personal interest she took in my well being and peace of mind were second to none. She came through with everything she said she would do that day and then some. I seriously feel she was the perfect nurse for me. She even came to my room the next day to check on me before her shift.

Lisa is an angel. She was my angel that day, and an angel to my newborn.
