Lisa Erspamer is a very valuable part of our floor and she recently went above and beyond for a trauma patient who lost her boyfriend in a shooting. The patient wasn't able to be discharged for the funeral, so Lisa made arrangements for a private viewing in the chapel. She came in on her weekend off to take the patient to the viewing herself. She even was the one to make a casting of the boyfriend's hand for our patient to keep.

All of this went way beyond her job description and I feel that she deserves to be recognized.
