When I got to the room, Lisa had my favorite "Raising Cane's" and a Doctor Pepper for me.
I learned about Lisa Faust when my husband was in Seton Williamson. We loved her and so appreciated her when he was in the hospital. He died, but I kept in touch with her.

Later, I came into the ER of Seton Wilco. I was thrilled that Lisa was working that day, and she promised to come down to the ER and check on me. Well, she did! Imagine a very scared person (Me!) who had a stroke almost a week before and was too scared to go to the hospital! Imagine someone who has PTSD after seeing everything her husband had been through the past 4 years, the final 6 months of his life spent in hospital/facilities. That's me!

Lisa came into the ER and scooped me up in a big hug! You can't even begin to imagine what a comfort that was to me! Later on, after an MRI and a CAT scan, I was admitted into the hospital, 6th floor, where Lisa was. I happened to be in my husband's last room at Seton Wilco. Lisa remembered that and offered to switch it. I hadn't eaten all day (not much all week actually). When I got to the room, Lisa had my favorite "Raising Cane's" and a Doctor Pepper for me. Thinking it would cheer me up and tempt me to eat, as the stroke took away my appetite, it was incredibly kind and thoughtful of Lisa to do that! That's just one example of the kind of nurse and person she is! All my family members remarked how everyone should be so lucky to have such a caring, compassionate nurse, and I wholeheartedly agree!
