While being admitted to the hospital is very stressful and fills you with anxiety, it is comforting to have a nurse who brings you comfort and calmness to you upon entering your assigned room. Lisa's gentle demeanor and cheerful attitude put me at ease. She was very informative in everything she had to accomplish in caring for me. I was being started on a new med that was to be monitored and she not only explained all aspects of this to me but also got me a printout of everything I needed to know.
