Lisa and her trainee always went the extra mile to care for B. Not once did the shortage of staff affect her actions or demeanor. She always made time to properly guide her trainee and help him to become as great a nurse as she is. Her stellar and consistent behavior and treatment of B is something that all your staff should aspire to. B wants her to know that her steady personality and kind and loving actions helped him fight off his depression and helped in his healing. There are no words to express my heartfelt gratitude toward Lisa. God Bless her and all the heroes that are still on the front line.
