From the start of her shift to the end of her shift she was very attentive, and always there if anything was needed. She was very professional and empathetic when having to help us with paperwork to prepare us for the death of our son. She was an amazing coach during our birth/delivery and the most sentimental after doing weight measurements and taking our son. The love and support were there. From her cleaning up our room and care provided to shower and take care of us was the best. Lisa is one of the most loving, caring, affectionate, appreciating, heartwarming, people in this department and we're very thankful we've had her through our tough time.
