My father has been a patient at PVH many times. Recently we've made many trips to the Emergency Room as was the case yesterday. Each time we visit my dad receives very good care from the staff. Yesterday after many hours in the Emergency Room my dad was admitted to ICU. The care that he received from Lisa Ginilo prior to leaving Emergency and in route to ICU was exceptional. Lisa was very caring and supportive towards my dad and me. She continually updated me on his progress. She fully explained "comfort care" and called ICU regularly to see when a bed would be available. Despite the fact that my dad was unresponsive, Lisa explained to him what was happening as it happened. Both my dad and I were blessed to have Lisa's help. I thank the staff and especially Lisa.
