During my stay at Encompass, Lisa was simply amazing. She was a fabulous caretaker, and she always went the extra mile.
Once I was putting rollers in my hair, and they were quite old but still worked fine. The next day she said she had gone shopping and she looked for my rollers because she wanted to buy me some new ones! Who does that or thinks to do that? Lisa does! Although she didn't find them, it was the thought.
Lisa also took the time to really listen to my needs and would write long messages to the doctor and physical therapists, which was extremely helpful. Thank you for hiring such an amazing nurse. She is a wonderful person and RN.
