There are just so many situations to talk about. I'm at a place and she works at a place where I am one of the youngest patients. From the moment I arrived, she was kind to me. Imagine a nurse apologizing if an IV she did hurt me and she was awesome. There was nothing she wouldn't do to help me and nothing she wouldn't say to help me get through the stress and pain I was in! With the confusion I felt, I looked to her to help me compile the facts. She broke down everything about my care and honestly, I trusted her more than the doctors! When I got here I had maybe permanently lost my voice! And, what did she do? Caught on to all my hand sign language! It was kinda funny, me signing and her interpreting them! But seriously, Lisa is an awesome nurse and person! She is simply amazing! She is a true example of what stellar health care should be! Thank you!
