Lisa Harper 2025, RN

Lisa stepped in after another nurse was unable to draw blood. As a cancer patient, I am frequently subjected to needle pricks. Today, I had a port installed to alleviate some of that discomfort. Lisa approached the task with the expertise and dedication of a true professional. She completed the procedure flawlessly, demonstrating both professionalism and compassion. Despite my distress, Lisa took the time to help me relax, engaging me in conversation throughout the process. Her kindness and patience were deeply appreciated, not only by me but also by my wife and daughter. She continued to provide exceptional care for the remainder of the day. I am immensely grateful for Lisa's angelic presence during such a challenging time. Her genuine care left me emotionally moved, which is a rare occurrence for me. Lisa is truly an asset to the LeConte team, and I sincerely hope she receives recognition for her outstanding efforts. I cannot thank her enough for restoring my faith in medical caregivers.
