My baby was a patient at Rady's for almost 5 months. He passed away at Rady's CVICU and I want to nominate Nurse Lisa Hayes for the DAISY Award. She was an excellent primary nurse to my son. She took excellent care of him. She went beyond our expectations, mostly showed us so much concern of his needs and cared, loved my baby like if he were her own. I always felt safe stepping out of the room because I knew he was in good hands with Lisa. Please take a moment and recognize our nurse Lisa Hayes from CVICU.
