Lisa is a great charge nurse. She always pitches in to help even when she is not asked. She has a good attitude at work. She shows exceptional leadership to the new nurse when explaining procedures, helping them when patients are showing signs of distress, and more. When she is here for charge nurse meetings she has come out to the floor numerous times to help. She stays calm during codes and helps relieve some of the chaos. She is a great asset to 7 North!!
