My husband was anxious to go home and understood that if he had a successful Echo test on his heart, he could possibly be discharged. Lisa came in and asked how he was doing and what was on the agenda. We told her about the test, and she didn’t see an order for it. She took charge, called the Cardiologist, and got the specialists to our room. She communicated after the test with the Cardiologist and the admitting doctor to see if everything was all right for my husband’s release. She took charge and did it in the nicest way possible. She spent extra time explaining everything relating to the discharge and made my husband truly happy to be going home! We had a good experience with everyone we came in contact with during my husband's stay but feel that Lisa went above and beyond regarding his care and we are very grateful and believe she deserves recognition for her work. Thank you!
