Hearing over the phone that I was diagnosed with cancer was a shock. When I attended my appointment we couldn't find a parking space so I thought my husband wouldn't be able to attend my appointment, which was distressing. He went home and came back again so I was able to have his support during my meeting with Lisa. She put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. She constantly reassured me that she was there for me if I had any worries or concerns. She was warm and friendly and, although some of the information was difficult to hear, she explained everything and I felt reassured. Similarly, she put me totally at ease during my appointment in March and LISTENED which helped me get things off my chest. People like Lisa make the world go round.
